This privacy policy applies to the Pizza Alchemy app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Pietro Marzio (collectively, the "Application"). Pietro Marzio is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
The Application or its third-party SDKs may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies to support functionality, analytics, or service delivery. Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider will obtain consent before using non-essential tracking technologies.
The Application collects your device's location to provide location-based features, improve the Application, and support related services.
The Application may access the device's camera and photo library, with the user's consent, for the sole purpose of adding a photo to the baking diary. The images stay on the device and are not transmitted to any server.
The Application also allows the user to export their data to a file and to import it back. The file and the folder are chosen through the operating system's picker: the Application accesses only the file indicated by the user, and no other content on the device. Where the user decides to save that file, for example in a personal cloud service, is their own choice, and from that moment the file is subject to the terms of that service.
Purchases of Pizza Alchemy Basic and Full, and the free trial, go through Apple's App Store or Google Play, which handle the payment: the Service Provider does not receive or store any payment data. To recognise purchases and restore them, the Application uses RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., United States), which receives the purchase history linked to an anonymous code generated on the device. The Application has no accounts: this code contains no name, email address or other data that identifies the user.
On Android, when the user starts the free trial, the Application sends RevenueCat a one-way cryptographic fingerprint of the identifier that Android assigns to the Application on that device, for the sole purpose of preventing the trial from being repeated on the same phone. The identifier itself is never sent, it is not used for advertising or tracking, and nothing is sent for users who do not start the trial.
The anonymous code is shown in the Application's Settings and is included in the contact email, so that the Service Provider can check a purchase at the user's request.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
